Incident Description
Recreation Management Users at approximately 1:26 PM CT noticed significant latency in the product, causing the software to run much slower than expected.
Cause
The cause is still under investigation at this time.
Resolution
CivicPlus engineers were able to scale the database to handle the additional requests. A potential solution is being explored to keep this issue from occurring in the future.More updates to come.

An unexpected increase in traffic combined with a an unusually high number of concurrent logins caused the brief latency experienced on 7.31.23
