    CivicClerk Systems Engineers have deployed a fix related to the site slowness and 500 errors.   

    • Outage Duration: Intermittent slowness and 500 errors since April 30.
    • Root Cause:  Suspected resource limits reached for azure storage due to function app consumption.
    • Further Review: The team implemented multiple Azure service error detection features including Auto-Heal, Crash Monitoring, and Profiler Trace Collection. The team fixed multiple issues reported in Azure App Insights that were suspected to be part of the cause. The team will begin investigating overuse of storage services and how to rectify this.

    CivicClerk Systems Engineers have deployed a fix related to the indexing function.  It appears at this time functionality in your CivicClerk7 and Clerk 8 solutions has been restored.  We will continue to monitor the situation and will post further updates as needed.
