CivicPlus monitoring detected a possible issue that may have affected your CivicPlus solution. CivicPlus Systems Engineers investigated this alert and discovered an issue that started at approximately 4:45 AM CST impacting Platinum Clients Hosted in the East US 2 region were being impacted by an underlying connectivity issue to the Storage Infrastructure in the Azure Cloud resources.
CivicPlus Systems Engineers stopped and deallocated the Impacted virtual machine then restarted the virtual machine. This process forced the virtual machine to restart on a different set of Azure Cloud resources and allowed normal virtual machine operations to resume at 5:10 AM CST. All site reported as available approximately 5:15 AM CST
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will be working with Azure to determine why the virtual machine was not automatically restarted on different hardware when the issue occurred.
