At 12:55pm Central Time, CivicPlus Engineers noticed Engage 6 sites were reporting 500 errors and began investigating.
- At 1:03pm Central Time, CivicPlus Engineers started receiving automated alerts that indicated there was a possible loss of availability for Engage 6 clients.
- CivicPlus engineers discovered that there were Redis connection issues that were affecting availability and immediately restarted our Redis pods.
- Availability was restored for all clients at 1:12pm and no further issues have been detected.
- Engineers will continue to monitor and investigate the cause of the connection issue.
Service is restored and all Engage 6 sites are reporting available statuses.
