The issue has been resolved and users should now be able to resume normal site usage.

Outage Duration: CivicPlus Platform, specifically client's ability to access sites, experienced an intermittent disruption between 8:30 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. CST on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 .

Root Cause: This was the result of a start up failure in one node during the nightly restarts.
- Further Review: We understand that the CivicPlus Platform is critical to your organization and we're committed to ensuring maximum availability and performance. The issue appears to be an isolated incident, however, CivicPlus Engineers are continuing to monitor and will be doing some additional investigation to mitigate further risk of a restart failure during the nightly restarts.
