    Incident Report

    At approximately 6 pm CDT on April 11th, 2023 our Drupal 9 sites hosted in Acquia stopped responding.  Work began immediately to restore service.  During this time, Acquia was dealing with a service interruption that likely contributed to the performance of the servers and the speed to get them back online.  Sites came back up at approximately 10:30 PM CDT on April 11th, 2023 after servers were resized to handle the load.  

    Acquia and CivicPlus are working together to do a deep performance review of the current infrastructure and identify where improvements can be made.
