    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and are no longer seeing intermittent performance drops on your CivicPlus Solution.  We will continue to monitor to make sure the issue is fully resolved.

    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have identified a possible cause for the issue and are working on implementing a fix today.  An update will be added when the fix is in place and additional updates will be added as we monitor site performance after the fix was added.

A change was made today to try and address the performance problems we are encountering.  We should start to see the results of the change in the morning.  Other efforts are ongoing on multiple fronts to try and address the overall issue.
