CivicRec Incident Report GL Summary Report 2.23.23

Incident Description
On February 22nd a change to a GL summary report was released to production. The change moved the payment types to the asset account and away from the revenue account line items.
Cause
This is due to changes released on 2.22.2023 for a previous ticket intended to address a defect that caused a discrepancy in the total payment collection when a discount is used.
Resolution
CivicPlus engineers identified the code changes that required and updated these settings for the affected customers on Thursday 2.23.2023.
Preventative Measures
We will add specific test cases to our test suite to prevent further regressions.
