    CivicRec Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service that was possibly affecting your reservations completed on the public portal with day rates (example campground/overnight rentals) at 3:20pm CST 2.1.2023. An incident report will be posted here within 24 business hours.

    CivicRec Incident Report Overnight Reservations 1.30.23 

    February 2, 2023 

    Incident Description  

    After a recent CivicRec Release, it was reported that in some situations, public users we able to overbook day rate facility reservations.  

    Cause  

    This is due to changes released on 1.11.2023 for a previous ticket intended to address inconsistent facility scheduling hours. 

    Resolution  

    CivicPlus engineers identified the code changes that required and updated these settings for the affected customers on Wednesday 2.1.2023. 

    Preventative Measures  

    We will add specific test cases to our test suite to prevent further regressions.
