    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have identified the issue for the League Management issue and deployed a fix at 4:53pm CST on Thursday 1.12.2023. 

    Civicplus System Engineers are still working on resolving this bulk email issue as quickly as possible. An update will be added to this post at 8am CST Friday 1.13.2023.

    CivicRec Incident Report: Site Disruption 1.12.202 

    January 17, 2023 

    Incident Description  

    Beginning on January 12, 2023, customers reported some issues within league management where participants were not displaying on rosters. Customers also reported issues with bulk emails being delayed or not delivered. 

    The product engineering team investigated what could be causing the two issues and was able to identify the root cause. 

    Cause  

    Due to changes released on 1.11.2023, some customers experienced issues with league management and/or bulk emails being sent. 

    Resolution  

    CivicPlus engineers identified the code changes that required and updated these settings for the affected customers for league management on 1.12.2023 around 4pm CST and for bulk email on 1.13.2023 around 4pm CST.

    Preventative Measures  

    Additional unit testing has been added for these areas of the code for future testing of code changes.
